PETER G. HINDLE SEXUALLY ABUSED THE STUDENT IN HIS DORMITORY BY REPEATEDLY CLIMBING THROUGH THE DORMITORY WINDOW. THE DEERFIELD ACADEMY STUDENT WAS APPROXIMATELY 16 YEARS OLD WHEN HE WAS SEXUALLY ABUSED IN HIS DORMITORY ROOM AT LEAST 20 TIMES IN APPROXIMATELY 1989-1990 BY PETER G. HINDLE
THIS CLAIM WAS OUTSIDE THE MASSACHUSETTS CIVIL STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE LAWSUITS. TO PREVENT CHILD SEXUAL ABUSERS FROM ABUSING, AND ENCOURAGE THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN, THE CIVIL STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS (SOL) FOR LAWSUITS FOR CHILDHOOD SEXUAL ABUSE CLAIMS MUST BE RETROACTIVELY AND PROSPECTIVELY AMENDED. PEDOPHILES MUST BE STOPPED AND SUPERVISORS AND INSTITUTIONS MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Hindle, who used to gain access to the student by climbing through the student’s dormitory window even after the student informed his counselor about the sexual abuse.
