What and Why
A press conference and leafleting demanding that the Fall River Diocese end its stalling tactics in settling three (3) claims of childhood sexual abuse by clergymen in the Diocese of Fall River. These innocent childhood sexual abuse victims have been revictimized by Bishop Edgar da Cunha, and Bishop Edgar da Cunha must end the delay and settle the claims immediately and reasonably.

Fr. Byington was assigned at St. Francis Xavier Parish, Hyannis, and Fr. Gilbert Simoes was involved in Falmouth, MA youth ministry in and around St. Anthony Parish.
