Fr. Stephen Kilcarr of the Newark, New Jersey, Archdiocese, who served primarily at St. Joseph’s Parish, West Orange, New Jersey, and Seton Hall Prep, West Orange, New Jersey, has been credibly accused of sexually abusing John Doe for more than one year in the rectory of St. Joseph’s Parish, and John Doe was given a financial settlement from the Archdiocese of Newark and/or the Independent Victim Compensation Program because they believed his claim of childhood sexual abuse.

Since it has been established that Fr. Stephen Kilcarr is a credibly accused pedophile, why is it that the childhood sexual abuse claim of Dr. Robert M. Hoatson against Fr. Kilcarr is being denied?

Since John Doe’s claim against Fr. Stephen Kilcarr was found credible, and since it was acknowledged that Fr. Stephen Kilcarr is a pedophile priest, why is Dr. Robert M. Hoatson’s claim of childhood sexual abuse, filed after John Doe’s claim was completed, being denied?

Could the Archdiocese of Newark and the supposedly Independent Victim Compensation Program be denying Dr. Robert M. Hoatson’s claim because of his decades-long activism regarding claims of clergy sexual abuse, and was his claim denied because he continues to uncover and whistle blow hundreds of cases of clergy and religious sexual abuse worldwide?

What

Kilcarr from the dugout that was named after him a few years ago.
