A courageous woman has come forward to report that Fr. Kelvin Iguabita (a/k/a Iguabita-Rodriguez), while assigned at All Saints Parish in Haverhill, MA, in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, sexually abused her as a child from approximately 1999-2001 when she was approximately 5-7 years of age. The woman is represented by Attorney Mitchell Garabedian of Boston, MA
When sexually abused, the child was a student at St. Joseph’s School, the Catholic school of All Saints Parish in Haverhill, MA, and was a member of the All Saints Church choir directed by Fr. Kelvin Iguabita (a/k/a Iguabita-Rodriguez)

WHAT
A press conference announcing that a lawsuit has been filed in Suffolk Superior Court in Boston, MA, against then Boston Archdiocesan Auxiliary Bishops William Murphy and Richard Malone, and claims that Fr. Kelvin Iguabita (a/k/a Iguabita-Rodriguez), a known serial sexual abuser of children in the Archdiocese of Boston, sexually abused a minor child from approximately 1999-2001 when she was approximately five to seven years of age. Both bishops served under the disgraced Cardinal Bernard Law who resigned in 2002.
